Need To Know Info For Big Game

The Vernon Vipers and Prince George Spruce Kings will square off this Saturday January 6 in the final junior game at the Civic Arena. Here is some need to know information for fans and media as we head towards the big game.

Vernon Vipers Season Ticket Holders
Season Ticket Holders will be allowed in to the Civic Arena beginning at 4pm on January 6. You may only reserve the number of seats that you have tickets for. All other tickets will be allowed entrance at 5pm. Your season ticket marked Saturday January 6th vs Prince George at Kal Tire Place will be good for admission to the Civic Arena. There is no need to exchange the ticket at the box office.

General Admission Tickets
These tickets will be allowed in the building beginning at 5pm. All seating is general admission and not reserved.

Outside Food
Due to the number of people who are expected for this game The City of Vernon has allowed fans to bring in outside food for this game only. NO BEVERAGES will be allowed in and NO ALCOHOL will be served at the event. Anyone attempting to bring in an outside beverage will be turned away at the door or asked to get rid of the drink.
There will be several local food trucks on site for fans wishing to purchase food during the wait to enter the arena. There will also be a concession available inside with limited items for sale.

Entrance Points (See Attached Map)
Season Ticket holders and General Admission tickets will be allowed to enter the facility through the main entrance (front doors) or the east side doors on the parking lot side. These doors will open at 4pm for season ticket holders and at 5pm for general admission. VIP and Pass Gate holders may enter on the West side of the building just down from the front doors of the Civic Arena. All entrances will be clearly marked with signage.

Additional Tickets Available?
The Vernon Vipers, NOYFSS and the City of Vernon will not know if any additional tickets will be available to the general public until around 5:30 on game day. Once we know how many of the season ticket holders have attended the game we will have an idea on how many additional tickets may be available. Fans wanting to attend the game but not holding tickets are encouraged to be at the Civic Arena at 5pm on game day and prepared to pay cash. Any questions regarding tickets can be directed to the Viper Office at 250-542-6022.

We encourage everyone to be patient and courteous and to enjoy the event. Please keep in mind that this is a one off event and the final game at the arena and we expect a packed facility. Verbal abuse of other fans, volunteers or staff will not be tolerated. The Vipers would like to thank NOYFSS, The City of Vernon, The Prince George Spruce Kings and all other partners involved in this event. We remind you that this is a family friendly event and we expect patrons to act accordingly.
