The Vernon Vipers would like to congratulate defenseman Adam Thompson on his commitment to Yale University for 2011. Thompson, from Calgary Alberta, joined the Vipers last season and had 8 goals and 20 assists in his 76 games played before heading to the Royal Bank Cup. Currently this season Adam has 2 goals and 9 assists in 22 games played. The 6"1' 190 pound 19 year-old is excited have a scholarship and is looking forward to going to the prestigious Yale University.
