Langley Defeats Vernon 2-0

The Vernon Vipers made a go of it late, but couldn’t beat Bo Didur who stopped all 31 shots he faced. The Rivermen scored late in the first period from Jason O’Neill and added another one late in the second off a beautiful rush from Max Kaufman. Andrew Shortidge was very solid in goal stopping 27 of 29.
Penalty kills were impressive tonight as both powerplays went 0 for 5. Kevin Kraus talks about the teams inability to beat Didur and the lack of scoring in the last two games.

Vipers are back in action Tuesday morning in West Kelowna for back to back to back games, starting with Anti Bullying week.
